General Terms and Conditions for Travel and Tour Packages
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1. A booking is confirmed only when a deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent to the customer. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
1.2. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellation policies vary by tour package. Please refer to the specific itinerary for details. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may receive a full refund, while cancellations made closer to the departure date may incur penalties or be non-refundable.
2.2. Refunds are processed within a reasonable time frame after cancellation. Service fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
3. Changes to Itinerary:
3.1. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, political instability, or operational issues. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.
3.2. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.
4. Travel Insurance:
4.1. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
4.2. The travel insurance policy is the traveler’s responsibility and should be arranged prior to departure.
5. Responsibilities:
5.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, necessary visas, and other travel documents required for their trip.
5.2. Travelers must comply with all local laws and regulations during their trip. We are not responsible for any legal issues or fines incurred due to non-compliance.
6. Health and Safety:
6.1. Travelers should be aware of health and safety recommendations for their destination, including vaccinations and health precautions.
6.2. We are not liable for any health issues or accidents that occur during the trip. It is the traveler’s responsibility to seek medical assistance if needed.
7. Liability:
7.1. Our liability is limited to the services provided as described in the itinerary. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen events.
7.2. We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.
8. Conduct:
8.1. Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to local customs and etiquette. We reserve the right to terminate a traveler’s participation in the tour if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
8.2. Any additional costs incurred due to such conduct will be the responsibility of the traveler.
9. Complaints and Disputes:
9.1. Any complaints or disputes should be raised with us immediately during the trip. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issues.
9.2. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the location where the travel services were provided.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
10.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
